The Controller processes personal data in accordance with the following principles:

  • for specific purposes and not “for future use” (purpose limitation);
  • no more than necessary (data minimisation);
  • with care for the accuracy of the data (accuracy);
  • no longer than necessary (storage limitation);
  • ensuring adequate data security (security).

§3. Purposes, Legal Bases, and Scope of Data Processing.

  1. We will process your data:
    • for contact purposes, to respond to your message sent to us directly by e-mail or via a form, based on the Controller’s legitimate interest related to the need to provide you with a response.
    • for statistical, analytical, and traffic monitoring purposes on the Website using cookies, based on the Controller’s legitimate interest related to the proper operation and functioning of the Website and conducting traffic analysis.
  2. We process your data to the following extent:
    • if you send us an e-mail, we will process the data contained therein. Providing us with data in an e-mail is voluntary. You can ask us to delete this data at any time.
    • if you use the contact form on our website, we will process your e-mail address and name. Providing this data is a condition for us to respond to your inquiry.
    • other data that the Controller processes is your IP address and other data stored in cookies, which are used by the Controller to analyze your and other users’ use of the Website. The processing of data in this scope may be stopped upon your objection.

§4. Data Recipients and Intention to Transfer Data Outside the EEA or to an International Organisation.

  1. The recipient of your personal data is the entity providing software for traffic analysis on our website (e.g., Google Analytics).
  2. Your data is not transferred to countries outside the EEA or to international organisations.

§5. Data Retention Period.

We are unable to determine the exact period for which we will process your personal data. If you have provided us with your data in a form or e-mail for contact purposes, we will process your data until you request its erasure or object to its processing, but also in the event that we deem that we have fulfilled the Controller’s legitimate interest.

§6. Users’ Rights.

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:

  • the right to its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing,
  • the right to data portability,
  • the right to object,
  • the right to withdraw consent for its processing at any time and in any form, unless the processing of your data is carried out for the performance of a contract by the Controller, for the Controller to comply with legal obligations towards state institutions, or for the pursuit of the Controller’s legitimate interests.

§7. Cookies.

  1. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device, i.e., your computer, laptop, or smartphone, depending on which device you use to view the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number. You can decide on the form of cookie usage yourself – these settings are available in every web browser.
  2. Cookies are primarily for your convenience – thanks to their use, the page loading time during subsequent visits is significantly reduced.
